OWNER’S DESCRIPTION: I have for sale a Seibe Gorman 6 bolt Admiralty pattern diving hat, it is complete with corselet no’s 15317, brails x 2 no’s 15317, hat no 15317, face plate 14728/AP7985. The leather seal is in place but perished. I bought this hat 25 years ago and it has sits on a wooden plinth in my lounge, I am now looking to sell it – £5000 is what I am looking for.
Also I have a Siebe Gorman ‘normal’ diving knife it is stamped ‘siebe gorman’ and has a plastic substance handle – £375.
I have a signed copy of ‘Helmets of the Deep’ by Leon G Lyons, no 641 ‘Presentation Edition’ the book is in new condition as it has been on the bookshelf and is rarely read, there is a 1cm tear in the top corner of the cover – £1800.
